Setup NEW Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop Help

I bought a new laptop from Lenovo and although I also purchased the "Premier" support, I can't get the computer set up and they won't help me b/c they say my problem is a Windows issue, but I can't find any support, remote or otherwise, for setting up a new computer at Microsoft Support (and there is no way to get to a human being at Microsoft). The laptop has Windows 11 Pro and I paid for Microsoft Office, but have not activated it yet, since without the ability to set up the computer, I can't use the Office programs there. I'm trying if I should just send the computer back to Lenovo, who sold me upgraded support that does nothing more than send me to Microsoft support, which does not appear to provide assistance for their products, even when new. I've thrown away two weeks trying to accomplish this on my own, and since I am unable to do so and Lenovo will not help, I searching for a resource within Microsoft for NEW Microsoft products (free remote or other guidance). If there is, I can't find it, and I'm afraid to go any further on my own for fear that anything I do may void my warranty with Lenovo. I need to move forward quickly in case I need to return the computer within the 30 day period to get my money back. Suggestions, please?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
