Windows 10: Can someone help me slove this problem please

When i open the folder it work fine but when click to open any program that not folder it goes to not responding and it has blue circle loading for long time and when i try right click on it it have the same problem like i said beforeAnd i have try some solution that like open taskmanager and i right click at windows explorer and choose restart my pc goes bluescreen all the timeAnd some time have the same promblem when i choose end task please somebody help mePs. My pc working fine when i open any program in desktop or open some game in start menu or taskbarPs2. It give me scared bc i don't ha

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
