Need help on ps4 remote play installer

So i wanted to try and download the PS 4 Remote Play for my laptop but it always ends up with the same error on the installer


if someone could give me some suggestions on how i can fix this that would be greatly appreciated


oh and also i am running on a windows 10 laptop
