Windows 10: can someone help me update my windows 1809 to 22h2?

I want to upgrade my windows 1809 to 22h2 and everything is ok. CPU, Memory, and Disk space. but the only one thats not ok is the operating system. it says contact your system administator to upgrade windows server or enterprise edition.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Note:

The Intel processor i5-6600K is not listed in the 22H2 CPU compatibility list.
