Windows 10: Can someone help me with an app that is unknown to me

so I have some Unknown app with access to my Google Drive installed. It’s supposed to be from a developer and I shouldn’t even be able to get into G sweet but I stumbled on it I don’t have a school account and I don’t have my work account so if somebody could just take a look at it and let me know what it is so I don’t panic LOL I want to think anybody who helps me for showing me kindness and understanding I’m not a big tech person and so I ask questions so I can understand what it is I’m looking at and either take informative steps to get rid of it or handle it or know that it’s no big deal and leave it alone if that makes sense. I posted it in the virus and Mauer section in case that’s what it is but if not and it’s something simple I’ll take the question down thank you everybody in advance

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
