Windows 10: can someone help me with java and windows 10?

I already bought a minecraft key.

first the technic launcher was not running anymore

i have jdk 14 and java setup 8 update 251

but somehow that doesn't work...- I'm desperate normally such an installation is not that difficult

the technic launcher is crazy

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
