Windows 10: can someone help me with the VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D virus or error thing

earlier i accidently install a virus app thing by mistake, it gave me a ransome which its STOPDjvu, i managed to removed it but it seems to be still some malware virus thing, it spammed me with the virus VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D thing i did try to remove it with window defender but it always come back and i dont know how to fix it.

• svchost.exe errors are conig up every 2 seconds.
• Lost net connection
• sound has been permanently disabled
• Icons are faluty
• Spreds on USB's...autorun.ini is in my schools McAfee Quarantine? (From my USB)

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

Win32/Agent.ODG virus, please help!

My pc has become infected with the Win32/Agent.ODG trojan and my nod32 cant get rid of it, it tells me its unable to clean the file and the virus itself is becoming a real nuisance.

can someone please help me?
