someone help. my laptop is stuck on system restore.

So my laptop wasnt booting into windows. and i couldn't even get into the BIOS even though it was on the acer post-screen. I restarted my laptop 3 times to get the diagnostic tool up so that i could system restore. However, it has been stuck on the restore
screen for an hour and a half. I plan on waiting another hour but if after that hour could someone please tell me what to do to fix it without reinstalling windows as a whole.

I have completed my first ever build. what to do now

I have completed my build. It turns on bur I do not know what to do next. Can anyone help? I didn't know if know if listing the parts will help.

Do I go to the bios and do something there Or do I insert the os disc or the cd tht came with the mobo?

I would really appreciate if someone gave me the steps to get my rig up and running.

 

How can I save my computer?

You must do this:

• Start the laptop.
• Wait until the spinning circle or some Windows message appears.
• Forcibly shut it down.
• Repeat the above steps three times. You will then get a repair menu.

Alternatively you can set your BIOS so that it uses the flash drive as its primary boot device. This is why I suggested you ask an experienced friend to help you.
