Windows 10: Can someone help with "WindowsBlackScreenDiagnosticsV1", this problem of blackscreen...

so basically my laptop randomly black screen but still have the engine turn on, the thing is I can't do nothing beside turn of using the power off button. I already have updated Display adapters, and monitors drivers. Windows 10 already up to date and this problem occurs already a months, mostly this black screen problem only occurs when im not playing or browsing anything i.e I leave my laptop to eat with the browser open and suddenly the laptop blackscreen. I asked hp support whatsapp already they said to hard reset my laptop so it will turn to new, is there any method to fix without hard re

I suggest you to follow the below steps in order to resolve this issue:

• Remove any external devices and try booting. This includes printers, camera, scanners, etc. Sometimes bad drivers can cause this problem as Windows begins to load. If Windows boots, try and determine which device caused the problem and look for updated
  drivers.
• Turn off the computer. Unplug it and hold in the power button for twenty seconds. Plug it back in and try booting again.
• Remove any new components if you know this is what actually caused the problem. Check the manufacturer’s website for hints on how to resolve this error, as it might be common with the device. Otherwise, look for new drivers, as the drivers on the
  disk might be quite old.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
