Windows 10: Can someone here please actually help me recover my account that Microsoft seems to have...

I've don't the recovery many time in the last TWO YEARS, to get it back. Card info, name, old password, ect. And it keeps getting denied and its really annoying cos I've bought stuff with this account. And the recovery email isn't even mine...smfh.Or at the very least get rid of the account so i can use my actual recovery email to makea new account, same as I've done before. I refuse to buy anything again. But id like to be able to use my primary business email to log in vs have to remember 15000 different email logins.
