    XMP is off because it always crashes my computer when I turn it on. I believe this had to do with system memory. If I am wrong sorry and please correct me or tell me how to fix it.I went through a crash a couple of weeks back due to my video card 6600xt drivers malfunctioning -- just context dmp file:https://www.dropbox.com/s/yiwp8pwdycy5u83/081722-9656-01.zip?dl=0

    looking to have Memory dump file looked at

    hi,
    after looking at the usb 3.0 root hub i noted that the file: USBXHCI.SYS was listed as it's driver so i installed the right driver from the motherboard company's website and i think that should fix the issue.

    However, please let us know:



    • Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
    • When exactly does the computer crash?
    • Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
      Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
    • What is the make and model of the computer?


    If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
    Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



    I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
    C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.
