Windows 10: Can someone out there just refund this for me already

Okay, I'm getting sick of typing this story, but here it is. I was logging onto my windows 10 Minecraft one day, and a message popped up telling me I needed to renew my Minecraft realm subscription. Mistakably trusting that Microsoft would know better than me about my billing, I entered in my information to renew it, but had to rename it from what used to be "D&D SMP" to "Novaeterra," which I thought was weird, but didn't question it at the time, and just assumed someone took the name while my realm was off its subscription. However, when I went to check my worlds, I immediately saw two realms sitting there. D&D SMP, the one I actually want, and Novaeterra, the one I was tricked into buying. I immedicably went to the Minecraft support, but they took me to a bot on here, which took me to a phone number, who was just another bot that wanted me to go back to the first bot. So yeah, I'm here now. Someone fix this now please. I'm getting sick of being thrown around like a monkey just because I was scammed into paying for something I already had. Didn't think Microsoft was this disgusting.
