    Can someone please help me set up my bios?


    Can someone please help me fix my bios? I just bought PC parts and built a PC This is my first time, now every time i turn it on it loads BIOS back up every time. I'm losing my mind and not knowing what to do. Can someone please help me? I've already downloaded the most updated motherboard update and Windows 11 to a USB and have it in the PC, but it keeps popping BIOS up every time.

    access BIOS settings in Win 10

    I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
    series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
