https://youtu.be/WER0oEYTXXsas you can see in the video, it just flashes then disappear. this seemed to happen even after i made a new profile on the laptop. it still just flashes then goes again.i have a dell latitude 5400 i7 8th gen 16gb ram 512 storage.i tried going to taskmanager>services>viewservices and put all xbox task on automatic 4 in total as i saw on a youtube tutorial but it daunt work still. and i couldn't find any other videos about this problem.

As I understand from your information you are not able login in windows store as well in Xbox.

I would suggest you to run windows apps troubleshooter to resolve windows store issue.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
  
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.
  

To resolve Xbox issue I would suggest you to post your query in Xbox forum. We have dedicated team which deals with all these kinds of issues.

Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
   
2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
   
3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.

Minecraft from xbox to pc

So I just downloaded minecraft on my xbox but for some reason it's not showing up in my games in the play store on my pc. I can play it on xbox and according to the mojang website, I should be able to play it on both my xbox and my pc. These are the steps
that it says to take:

For Windows10:

1. Using your Microsoft account, sign into the PC where you want to install your games.
2. Click on the three dots in the Windows Store next to your profile pic.
3. Go to My Library. If you already own the game, you can download it from there.
