Windows 10: Can someone point me to /usable/ documentation on windows registry flags

There are registry flags like "icon", "muiverb", and "hasluashield" that all have special meanings and seem comparable to named variables being passed into a function. I have been looking for hours over the past couple days trying to find documentation on what flags exist, what they do, and how to use them for the various areas in the registry most especially what I can add to an ExtendedSubCommandsKey menu item in order to have the menu display a grayed out "empty" option when there are no menu items. It seems easy enough to add an item that says "empty" if the menu is otherwise empty, but h

Thanks for getting back to us with that information. For further troubleshooting, we suggest that you delete or edit the unwanted profile via registration keys. However, doing this method might cause some issue if you modify the registry incorrectly. We
require you to back up the registry before you modify it by following the steps on this

Follow these steps for troubleshooting:

• Type "regedt32" on Search/Cortana.
• Right-click on regedt32, then choose Run as administrator.
• Locate key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
• Manually edit the duplicate profile location in the ProfileImagePath key to that of the original, e.g.:
  
  Original: %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\jsmith
  
  Duplicate: %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\jsmith.domain
• Change the duplicate name to point to the original profile, then save changes.
• Restart your PC, and see if issue will persist.

Voice Recorder Flags Disappeared

I realize the problem you are facing with the voice recorder.

To assist you better, please answer the below:

  Are you using windows built-in voice recorder or any other 3rd party voice recorder application?
  
• 
  If you are using Build in Windows recorder, how did you put the flag?
  

If you are using built-in Windows recorder, there is no option to put a flag on recorded voice. Provide us the screenshot of recording interface with Flag.
