Windows 10: Can someone provide the Streets and Trips Reset toll with directions? Streets and Trips is...

Streets and Trips is no longer supporting the tool. MS Tech Support no longer have access to the "Reset Tool". I would like to fix the Streets and Trips Registration Error, 0xC004D301 and use the toll again (2013 version of Streets and Trips)
