Windows 10: Can someone tell me how I can make my laptop useable again. Saved documents don't matter...

So my laptop suddenly froze, so I hard shut down it in the hopes it would work again I have done that many times with no problems. But this time my bitlocker key was asked for, since it's on a microsoft account which I deleted long ago yes I didn't save the key because I didn't know this darn thing was even activated in the first place. I tried multiple things people siggested like deleting the biggest file though the command screen, I tried resetting the computer but that didn't work. I already have messed up a mobile phone because of annoying microsoft settings, I don't fancy losing anot

I suggest you to follow the below steps to give permission for entire system, so that you can save the files in photos and documents.

• Right click on the folder and click on properties.
• Click on security tab and select the group\user name.
• Click on edit option and check the option full control.
• Click on apply and then on ok button.

Now you can try saving the file in photos and documents and check if the issue persists.

How to save a scanned document as PDF

Hi Chuck.

There are some options that you can do to save the scanned documents to PDF file. You may follow these steps:

• Copy the scanned document.
• Open Word, then paste it.
• Click File > Save As > Choose the location where you want to save it.
• On Save as type, choose PDF > Save.

will FF lockwise work from my laptop. Have IP, don,t carry or use it.

Not alongside passwords but you can save secure notes containing that information.
