Windows 10: Can someone tell mw what this update is and why I cant click on it

This update box keeps popping up then disappears only to come back in hourly intervals. as you can see, it is semi transparent and now mouse clicks or keyboard combinations allow me to see the details button before I update what ever it is. Can anyone offer suggestions on this one please?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

MWS 1.4 Closes on start?

Hi,

Ive used MWS 1.4 for about a week fine. Today, I was using MWS and my battery ran low, I got a warning that the battery had reached the limit for MWS. I charged the phone, now when I try and use MWS via my phone, it opens momentarily and the closes, I cannot
access any options. I assume I will have to uninstall and then reinstall, but this strikes me as odd behaviour, and it would be good to know of any fixes in future.
