Windows 10: Can someone verify my PC's CPU/MEMORY usage is normal or too high or any unnecessary...

I am not sure if image is inserted in my post or not i cant see it, but i have got a prompt saying the image is inserted successfully. Is there some way i can provide full details/ report about my CPU/ MEMORY usage so that you can get to know the full picture of whats going on.
