Windows 10: Can;t access services 'UNABLE TO CREATE DOCUMENT'

I can't access my services it shows "unable to create document"and can't use sfc /scannow it shows "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." if i want to see any folders properties it would'nt open and when i try to play game it shows "failed to load library ; comctl32.dll"I can't even reset the device and restore does'nt work too and updates getting error Help !!

Thank you for the reply. I already have "hidden files" checked. - - - Updated - - - To clarify : 1) Attempting to open file by clicking on it in the "Recent files" list I get the following:

I had concluded as well, the file must not have existed (based on screen-shots below) - so I tried doing a restart of the "File Explorer" - with the goal to get the phantom file to disappear from the "Recent files" list - but it still remained so I used the right-click context menu option "Remove from Quick access" for the phantom file that did the trick. *Wink (I was reluctant to use the "Remove from Quick access" until I assured myself that the file must apparently not exist (regardless of it being listed in the "Recent files" list - which is a bit confusing why this was the case. *Confused ) What led me to conclude the file must not exist was the following:

Doing the above and ignoring the dialog produced the results below

- so since I never moved the file one would have to conclude the file listed in "Recent files" must be a phantom file. I would have assumed that a restart of "File Explorer" would have cleared the file but obviously not. Btw, I had tried (while still assuming the file may had existed) enabling this setting (wondered if this might help) - but didn't make any difference....

 

How to create shortcut to document on Win 10

There is a particular document file that I use almost daily. I have been unable to create a shortcut to this file on either my Win 10 Start Menu or my Task Bar. I would appreciate suggestions to create quick access to this document file, but not on my
Desktop.
