Windows 11 and Core i7-3740QM

Why is Core i7-3740QM not listed for Windows 11 upgrade? It seems to meet all the specifications. The specs are better than other newer computers that I have that have upgraded. I know it is older, but it would be great if it wasn't excluded just because of its age.

Windows 11 upgrade from Windows 10 2H21 question: Intel core i7-3740QM, if/when included?

Hi, the PC Health app says that my system checks all the boxes(and far exceeds minimum requirements for upgrading), with one glaring exception: my Intel Core-i7 3740QM.

Any plans to include these (older but high-end) processors? I've seen many others asking similar questions in other forums, and 'wait and see' seems to be the consensus.

Are there any plans yet, to include this generation of still high-performing and consistent CPUs in the Windows 11 approved CPU list?
