Windows 10: Can the camera work in both Teams Windows App & WebApp?

I am having the same issue except in reverse, I cannot get my camera to work in the desktop app. My camera works on the laptop and used all the recommendations here along with me also removing the app and re downloading it. My drivers say they are up to date as well as my camera options are turned on in the app and in privacy yet it still does not work. I would really like assistance with this I feel there should be a simple fix to it and I am simply overlooking it. The camera feature works fine when accessing it through a web browser but does not work with the Desktop App. Below is an image of what I see when trying to access the camera.

I have teams working as my Windows 10 App, works with the built-in webcam. So, if you go into Settings, Devices is listed and you can preview the camera.

I run a second instance of teams in the Chrome browser for a different id. If I go into Teams Settings via the browser there is no devices listed and when I start a chat I get a message saying no camera detected.

Why is their no devices showing for the browser app for me? I have quit the Teams App and shut it down from the tray and refeshed the webapp but it stil has not shown up.

Can both work together?

Since your Camera works using Microsoft Teams, Did you try to enable your camera in Privacy Settings? If not, please see below for your guide:

1. Press and hold "Window + i" and click "Privacy".

2. On your left pane view App Permission. Click the "Camera" and enable the "Allow apps to access your camera" and scroll down and you'll see "Allow desktop apps to access your Camera".

Camera not working with Microsoft Teams

I'm trying to get my camera to work with Microsoft Teams without success. I've checked my laptop's privacy settings and allowed apps to access my camera. Under the 'Choose which Microsoft Store apps can access you camera" however, Microsoft Teams is not
listed. Can someone offer some advice please?
