I had a technician upgrade my laptop's storage and RAM by adding an NVME m2 500 GB and 8 GB SODIMM RAM. He insisted on installing a Windows 11 Pro, which is incompatible with my unit I have an Acer Aspire 5 A514-52K-30NA that had a Windows 10 Home 22H2 I have a headset with an external microphone, Logitech H151 with a 3.5mm jack, that worked well before the upgrade and installation happened. Now, my headset's sound output works but its microphone doesn't. The microphone in Control Panel only acknowledges my laptop's microphone. I tried tapping my headset's external mic but it doesn't make

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.

 

Windows 11 22H2 Incompatibility

My Lenovo laptop evidently has the issue where the Windows 11 version 22H2 will not install on my laptop due to an incompatibility with the current version of the Intel Smart Sound Technology drivers. I understand this issue cuts across a number of computer brands and models. Any suggestions on how can I resolve this issue, or will MS issue updated drivers any time soon?
