Windows 10: Can the Windows 10 support period be extended for a longer period, please?

Hello, I still use Windows 10 to this day because it makes me feel nostalgic, and 75% of my countrymen use it because it is the best these are their words, not mine. So i'll be very happy to accept my suggestion :

Change log off period

Hi all, I've tried to look through the list of all the tutorials and I've used Google too, to find out how to extend the inactivity period before I get logged out. But all the suggestions talk about screen icons that I don't seem to have.
My computer is six weeks old and I'm using Windows 10. Can someone please advise? Thank You.

 

Customizable Calendar Reminder periods

There is a longer list of reminder periods on you live.com calendar but it is still not customizeable

In a scenario when customer is using Enterprise and Education Edition (not Home, Pro, etc) :

Windows 10 version 1709 for Enterprise and Education editions will continue to receive monthly servicing updates at no-cost for a period of 6 months past the end of service date of 9 April 2019

These security-only updates are available through normal channels including: WSUS, System Center Configuration Manager, the Update Catalog, and enterprise management solutions and are delivered as standard cumulative update packages.

Can you please confirm if Premier Customer using Windows 10 version 1709 for Enterprise is edition being supported through Premier Support during the extended period (April-October 2019)?
