Windows 10: Can the Windows Notepad Recent list include a pinned .bat file?

I have a batch file that makes several new folders at a time based on our company's new customer information. I open the batch file in Notepad and paste the data into it from Excel and then save and close it. I then run it as a batch file to create the new folders. I have Notepad pinned to my Taskbar. Is there a way to pin the batch file name to the Notepad Recent list? I hate having to navigate through several folders to get to it each time I want to use it.

I made some *.bat/cmd/vbs files by Notepad. But these files aren't displayed on jump list of notepad.

I can show them on 'Pinned" by dragging bat/cmd/vbs files and dropping them to pinned Notepad icon on taskbar.

But after "Unpin from list", it disappeared also from "Recent" .

I'd like to show these bat/cmd/vbs files on "Recent" jump list of Notepad.

I asked same question at ja-jp site. But I couldn't get effective answers.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

that's all off already dude lol, I'm really surprised there is no fix for the recent files list/MRU in the file menu of programs haha

I appreciate the help, MS really needs to implement a Group Policy or a string that can do that for all programs installed
