    Can uninstalling an update cause any harm to my computer?


    After installing the most recent update on 18/04/2020, chrome has stopped working properly in combination with the screen time limits. I need to uninstall this update but I don't know if this will harm my computer in any way.

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused Can uninstalling an update cause any harm to my computer? :confused:

    To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

    • Which is the update which is causing your PC issues?
    • What .Net error are you getting?
    • What happens when you login to Safe mode with networking?
    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check how to uninstall and update.

    • Press Start and type View installed updates.
    • Select the update and right click on it, Select Uninstall.
    • Restart the machine and check if the issue persists.

    Hi

    I am Sumit Chauhan from Dehradun, India. Windows 1903 gives a option for uninstall default apps. I am a normal user and use only word, excel, ppt, snip & sketch and browser app, and also for documents and picture save in home and office. I don't like any
    computer game except solitaire. If I uninstall xbox, game bar, skype, snipping tool, 3d view, feedback hub, paint 3d, get help etc., will it be harmful to my laptop.
