  1. Can W11 send audio to two devices simultaneously?

Thanks for taking my question. Can W11 send audio to two devices simultaneously? I have a USB digital mixer with 3 mics and I need the audio output to go to Zoom and to my venues speakers. Is this possible in Windows and if so then what property settings need to be configured. Thank you.

    :)

I found it a bit confusing myself. Essentially, if there is a mute button at the bottom of something, that is a physical output. All of the possible outputs on your machine should show. Some, like Bluetooth, come and go as the device is connected.

If there is an arrow at the bottom, that is a piece of software outputting audio, these come and go depending on if the software is running. If you click the arrow, you use duplicate, a box will pop-up and ask where to send it to, you can then select whatever output you want. There is route option, not too sure about that, I think it sends the audio rather than duplicate and sending it to two different places.

I don't think that a PC's USB ports carry sound. But I have no way to test that.
I know they carry power and data.

My speakers get the sound from a 3.5mm jack and the TV gets the sound from the HDMI cable, from vid card to TV.
Left to themselves... the sound from the HDMI cable and the 3.5mm jack will be the same.

I'm sure there will be other ways to get the sound from the PC to the soundbar.
But IMO, wired is always the way to go.

It seems that MSI doesn't use a green 3.5mm jack like everyone else... *Smile

This is the jack you would use for the soundbar 2.1 (audio)...

    From your manual...

For the soundbar charging or power, use any of the PC's USB ports.

Multiple streaming interfaces on USB Audio 2.0-compliant device not functional simultaneously

I'm currently developing a new hardware device that implements the USB Audio 2.0 class. It includes two streaming interfaces for receiving audio from the host computer, and one additional interface for sending audio to the host. I can send and receive audio to the device through a pair of the in/out interfaces, but when I try to add the second out interface, it simply doesn't work. When running diagnostics on the device, I can see that Windows is sending SET_INTERFACE requests to only enable one interface at a time. Both interfaces will send audio from the host to device, but only if the other interface is not being used. I don't understand why Windows refuses to use both interfaces simultaneously.
