Windows 10: Can We connect the USB to the RDP session remote desktop connection machine?

PC1 is connected with a USB biometric device. I will need to take RDPusing the remote desktop connection windows application to PC2. I will launch an application on the pc2, which need biometric to login which is on PC1. Can we send the biometric signature or get the biometric device to connected to the pc2 from pc1 some how?

Are you saying that when you have a bluetooth plugged in to your machine that remote desktop connection does not work.

Is this Microsofts RDP or are you using another provider like Teamviewer or VNC?

Or are you trying to get Bluetooth to work through your RDP session?

To do that you have to make sure when you connect using RDP that you select to the local resources.

The article is dated but still relevant for Windows 10 cause RDP hasn't changed in many years.

Remote Desktop Connection

First of all I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during these times.

I have been experiencing an issue with Remote Desktop Connection since upgrading to Windows 10. When I try to RDP to a machine with an account that already is logged in to that machine it tells me that I have the 'Incorrect username or Password'. In order
for me to successfully remote in to the machine, the account cannot be logged in. If I close the RDP session without signing out first I get the same error the next time I want to RDP to this machine. Is there a configuration that allows me to RDP to a machine
with an account that is already logged in. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

To summarise: Connecting or disconnecting a Remote Desktop session to a Windows 10 machine disrupts the Audio Drivers in a way that halts audio playback, and requires the playing application to be restarted. It seems tied to updates to Remote
Desktop in Windows 10 Anniversary Edition.

That thread had plenty of people experiencing the same problem, plenty of attempts to fix the problem, but no conclusion or feedback from Microsoft.

I have tried:

• Disabling audio redirection in the Registry (HLKM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\fDisableAudioCapture)
• Disabling the Remote Desktop Port Redirection Service
• Disabling (on my client) Remote Audio Playback (Playback on Remote PC)

None of these help. As soon as you connect or disconnect, RDP is messing with the Wave drivers, and the applications can't handle it.

Does anyone share this problem or have any other suggestions to try?
