Windows 10: Can we expand the co-pilot capability to help out those with mental disorders that causes...

I have a mental disability that causes my memory to be faulty and am in need of an assistant that can help me keep track of information. I believe co-pilot is something that could possibly help me continue to live a fulfilled life, by the ability to have conversations about various things in my life needed to be kept track of and a rich experience to help my memory. Is there was a way to expand his capabilities to help out people with disabilities such as myself? That would be greatly appreciated and possibly be used on a wider scale to those who are in need of assistance like this.

Video games not a disorder

Doctors backed away on Sunday from a controversial proposal to designate video game addiction as a mental disorder akin to alcoholism, saying psychiatrists should study the issue more. Addiction experts also strongly opposed the idea at a debate at the American Medical Association's annual meeting.

They said more study is needed before excessive use of video and online games - a problem that affects about 10 percent of players - could be considered a mental illness.

"There is nothing here to suggest that this is a complex physiological disease state akin to alcoholism or other substance abuse disorders, and it doesn't get to have the word addiction attached to it," said Dr. Stuart Gitlow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York.

A committee of the influential physicians' group had proposed video game addiction be listed as a mental disorder in the American Diagnostic and Statistic Manual of Mental Disorders, a guide used by the American Psychiatric Association in diagnosing mental illness.

Video Game Addiction Possibly a Mental Disorder

According to a 10 page report released by an American Medical Association committee, excessive video game playing leads to social dysfunction. As a result the committee is recommending it to become a formal disorder in the upcoming revision of the 'Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV.' In the report a heavy video game user plays for more than two hours per day. This in turn leads to negative actions such as aggressive thoughts and aggressive behaviors. The report also compares video game addiction with that of pathological gambling.
