Windows 10: Can we manually change mouse drivers from keyboard to mouse ? i cant find solution for my...

hello i am facing this weird glitch or bug in windows 10 , razer mouse is detected as keyboard ? is it drivers problem ? I am trying to install everything all over from 3 days bios - windows .net and visual studio derivers but nothing is working . hope some one will help me
