Windows 10: Can we never move folders by dragging to the address bar on File Explorer anymore?

I don't understand why I can't do it anymore :' I used to just drag the file / folder to the address bar and able to transfer the file / folder to whichever folder I was pointing to. Can we not do that anymore?

Why has Microsoft removed this very useful feature? Now, instead of just dragging files up to the address bar and dropping them in the folder I'd like, I've got to COPY, go to the folder, PASTE the files, and then go back to the folder where I was working. In the past, I could just drag and drop and move on. You've added multiple steps to something that used to take seconds. Does anyone know of a fix for this? It's driving me crazy.

You can change the Windows 11 File Explorer address bar to show the full file path by following these steps:

1. Open File Explorer.
   
2. Click on the three-dot menu icon located at the top right of the window.
   
3. Click on 'Options'.
   
4. In the 'Folder Options' window that appears, go to the 'View' tab.
   
5. In the 'Advanced settings' list, find and check the 'Display the full path in the title bar' option.
   
6. Click 'Apply', then 'OK'.
