    Can we save accounts settings (Windows 10) without need a Microsoft Ac


    To do the following on Windows 10:
    Settings / Accounts / Sync your settings

    We need a Microsoft Account. So our account settings can be save online (Internet).
    I don’t like that.

    I would like to save all my accounts settings locally.

    Microsoft say:
    “Some Windows features are only available if you are using a Microsoft account or work account.”

    I know all companies like to spy their customer (sure they say no – happy you believe them).

    In not a so long time we can save all accounts settings locally.
    No need to show that to Microsoft (Cloud).

    Can we save our accounts settings (Web browser settings, password, Language preferences, color, etc.) locally?

    It would be grateful if you can reply to this question in order to assist you further:

    • How exactly were you using Windows 8 without an Administrator Account?
    • How exactly did you upgrade to Windows 10 without a Microsoft Account?
    • How did you set up Windows 10 without a Microsoft Account?
    • When you say setup local Account did you set it up with any e-mail address or with just user name and password?
    • When you purchased the system, did the dealer already created any account on the system?
    • When you say "This week some event happened (I don't understand what) that required me to login with my Microsoft account", did the prompt was like Sign in with Microsoft Account or Sign in with Microsoft
      account instead?

    I would like to inform you that it is not possible to upgrade to Windows 10 without having an Microsoft Account. So I am in a bit of confusion as of how exactly did you upgrade to Windows 10 without having an Microsoft Account.
    Also during the set up of Windows 10 you need to set it up with Microsoft Account and when you upgrade from Windows 8 or 8.1 the Microsoft Account which is configured with this version will carry forward to Windows 10 when you upgrade to it.

    Also if you were using Local account in Windows 10, you will have many restriction and wont be able to use all the apps and features in Windows 10.

    I would like you to kindly reply us with all the required data's so that we can assist you further with this issue.

    Battery not detected after upgrade to Windows 10

    Just so you know...

    In theory, you'd have to reinstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery in the Device Manager and know it's working before any battery could work without the AC plugged in, because without power to reboot, the
    new driver can't reinstall an update.

    Because Microsoft messed this all up with Windows 10, you can only boot back up with the AC plugged in.
