Windows 10: Can we sell OEM and Retail Microsoft windows and office keys on amazon, which are purchased...

I source Microsoft keys from authorized distributors on Alibaba who hold valid authorization letters from Microsoft. Additionally, I am an authorized Microsoft partner through my UK-registered company. As a registered partner, I comply with all Microsoft guidelines to ensure my operations are legitimate. Given this, am I allowed to sell these products on Amazon while remaining compliant with Microsoft?

Can I buy OEM licenses from Amazon to Install on a Computer I intend to Sell?

I am intending to build custom spec computers for clients and sell them.

I also plan to do everything by the book and want to ensure I have understood the use of OEM licences correctly

My understanding is an OEM licence can be used if the intention is to sell the computer and not for personal use.

I also read there are authorised sellers for the licences and Amazon is one of them (although i could not see it in the list of UK resellers when i checked the website:

Would I be correct in saying I could purchase Microsfot Windows & Microsoft Office OEM licences from Amazon for use on a new computer build that I plan to sell?

 

Microsoft selling oem or Retail keys on their website

I have seen some people saying that on the Microsoft website they sell retail keys for windows 11 and i just wanted to check if this was the case. also if i replaced my motherboard would a retail key still be usable on the new motherboard?

I like to buy a retail version of windows 10 home but I cannot find a store that sells it here. I plan to purchase online an activation key of windows 10 home. I just like to ask if the activation key purchased online is an OEM or Retail. Thank you.
