    Can we still use xbox console companion app?


    Cant download xbox companion app anymore is there a problem with it or maybe a new app I can use to connect to my console

    Xbox app renamed to Xbox Console Companion for Windows 10

    The Xbox app has been renamed to Xbox Console Companion starting with version 48.54.3003.0 for Windows 10.

    From What's new:

    "Pardon our dust. This app is being renamed to Xbox Console Companion to be a dedicated app for your Xbox console's features and settings. A new desktop experience is coming soon!"

    However, I advise that you try to uninstall the Xbox Console Companion app from your device and then reinstall it.

    To do it, follow the steps:

    1. Go to the Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features.

    2. Find Xbox Console Companion app ->Uninstall.

    3. Once it is uninstalled, go to the store to install the app.
