Windows 10: Can Windows 10 be configured to make window headings and scroll bars dark gray/black...

I have dark mode enabled on Windows 10.

But there are apps where the window heading and/or the scrollbar are still light gray.

I understand that some parts of Windows 10 are still going to be gray, even with dark mode enabled, such as control panels: https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/h8ah0u/how_to_enable_dark_mode_in_control_panel/

But what about these gray scrollbars and window headings in apps?

It seems like this gray color is being pulled from a Windows 10 system default, rather than being intentionally chosen by every application developer. How can I change that?

Could installing a third-party dark mode theme (rather than using the Windows 10 "dark mode" setting) address this?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Combo Box drop down list is dark gray on Windows 10 as compared to Windows 7

Hi,

As compared to Windows 7, In Windows 10 combo box drop down list and buttons are dark gray in color.

Can anyone please suggest how we can make to look same as Windows 7.

TPU review scroll bar

I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.
