Windows 10: Can Windows 10 Mobile be upgrade to 1709 Redstone 3 "ENTERPRISE"

I have Microsoft Lumia 550 bought in Topola,Shumadiya in Serbia, Balkan on August 2016 updated with the latest Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile 1709 Redstone 3 15254.530.My question is can it be upgraded to the latest Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile 1709 Redstone 3 "ENTERPRISE".Please and please instructions how to safely and freely upgrade it to the Mobile Enterprise Edition.

Windows 10 Enterprise upgrade isssue to 'redstone'

i have windows 10 Enterprise version build 10240. I've been waiting for the redstone update since ages because I've been having problems in windows 10. so I checked for the update an hour ago (from the time of posting question) and surely the settings app
gave an error so i downloaded the Windows 10 upgrade assistant and when it was doing compatibility check it showed everything fine except this attached in picture. So I researched net and thought it would be better to ask here about this query and I am pretty
disappointed on finding out that I'm not able to get the update .

please don't suggest using settings app coz it shows an error as usual[(error code: 0x80080008)don't need help regarding this] and i was looking forward to upgrade win 10 redstone coz of cortana and India problems [already posted question, upgrading was
the possible answer] and I could have used the November update but it's better to upgrade to latest!

ok s i checked that link and srsly the person said this "You are obviously running Enterprise (or server) and they are not part of the free upgrade. You will need to either contact volume licensing to
purchase a valid Enterprise license, or re-install what ever OS was on the system before you installed enterprise." and this just disappoints me A LOT because i just wanted the redstone update and gave up my cortana problems for the update. too sad.......
