Windows 10: can windows explorer.exe add functions to automatically replace characters not following...

from the very beginning, Windows short of this function and only giving the message “filename cannot include reserved characters \/<>!......",but never give a solution.some of programs do have this function if you save the file with illegal characters, and replace it with some characters like -, _, but I think it should be solved by OS not the programs

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
