Windows 10: Can windows STOP RUINING WINDOWS

the last FORCED update on my PC ruined the entire way folders worked for me. for example i used to simply pull a folder from a folder i called update unfinished to the games folder from the previous folders menu which now is changed to this new BS and when i drag my folder to the previous folder games i can't drop it there so NOW i need to waste time to open the previous folder in a whole new window just to drag this one folder in which could have been done in 2 seconds now takes 10 seconds. tell me why there is ANY good logical reason why this change was EVER needed... guess what IF IT AIN'T

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
