Windows 10: Can Windows update installation use 100% disk and slower the performance?

    Can Windows update installation use 100% disk and slower the performance?


    The disk usage is 100% during windows update installation..and I'm not able to open any other apps..the performance is low.Is any way to avoid this type of problem

    Clean install, disk usage at 100%

    I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.
