Windows 10: Can Word display letters in white on a black background ? Or Open Office ?

I understand that your background is black, the white letters and you want to reverse that configuration, if that is the case, apply the following steps:

1.- Press Windows key + I >> Settings >> Personalization >> Colors >> Choose the default application mode >> Dark, now check again.
