Windows 10: Can WSL OBS Studio capture Windows 11 applications?

I am trying to use OBS Studio running in WSL Ubuntu to capture Windows 11 applications. Is this possible?

OBS Studio.

Hi lads.

Do any of you know or have used OBS Studio?

Since last week i am streaming on Twich but unfortunately yesterday i have had to stop doing it due lag or buffering, from my monitor to OBS the Game doesn't lag or keep buffering but in the Twich window it does, maybe i am missing some setting, i have seen people that they do streaming and Games run smoothly.

Any advice will be more than appreciate.

Universal TWAIN driver for video capture cards?

OBS Studio and Unity Capture may be what you're after for the camera. GitHub - schellingb/UnityCapture: Streams Unity rendered output to other Windows applications as virtual capture device I've also used YawCam... OBS Studio may work with the video capture card. It can be a little advanced so take to YouTube and find tutorials.

 

WIndows 10 OBS studio problem

Okay, I see. You could also try this:

- Open File Explorer

- Go to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit

- Find obs64.exe (it has an icon of OBS logo)

- Right-click on it and select "Create shortcut"

- Click Yes, then check the created shortcut in your desktop. If the icon of the created shortcut is no longer corrupted then you can just change its name to "OBS Studio (64bit)" if you want.
