    Can you access Windows Hello access on a child's laptop?


    Hi,Both of my highschool aged kids 11 and 13, have laptops for school.They are both administers for their own laptops but are linked onto my family safety.We are trying to set up Windows Hello fingerprint access but both of their computers say "this option is currently unavailable" and the set up button is greyed out. I have searched various troubleshooting online and none have worked. I've added my own Microsoft account on their laptops and I am able to add my fingerprint as a log in so its not an issue with the laptops fingerprint reader. I've also added them on my laptop and they are able

    Can not access child laptop

    I can not access child laptop with windows 10 that has parental control active. Usually child sends request to access but now the laptop says can't connect. But it has wifi access. Also child account is admin account for that computer

    Is it possible to get in some how?

    LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

    I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ?

    Laptops cannot access desktops via WIFI

    I have 3 desktops (all on Windows 10 1803) connected on my LAN. After following this forum for some times and did all the steps as suggested by forum member, access denied, all my desktops are able to view and access one another. I have a printer connected to PC1, and managed to connect all the other 2 PCs to have the shared printer.

    I also have 2 more laptops (both Asus with the same Windows 10 1803) connected via WIFI. Performed all the same steps as per the desktops, but I was not able to access PC1. I was able to view all the 3 desktops from the file explorer, but I just can't access all the desktops. However, I was able to access the Asus laptops from desktop PC1.

    Anyone able to assist on this matter? Any assistance is highly appreciated.
