Windows 10: Can you bring back access to custom toolbars in the taskbar please?

Just forced to update to Windows 11 by my organisation - my 5 productivity toolbar folders can no longer be accessed from the toolbar, and a search seems to suggest they aren't coming back. Microsoft, can you put them back please?

Bring back toolbars in Windows 11 taskbar

Yes, please bring back custom toolbars. I used this everyday for work. To have to lookup stuff the long way is extremely inconvenient.
