    Can you change when the low power alarm starts?


    Ok, so I was wondering if you could change the starting of the low power alarm. Because Windows likes to lock and shutdown when the alarm starts not giving me enough time to plug the charger in the computer. If its a thing then please tell me how to do it.

    low battery alarm

    We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
    on. Kindly follow these steps:

    • On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
    • Click on Change Plan Settings.
    • Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
    • Scroll down and look for Battery.
    • Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
      On battery and Plugged in.

    alarm sound too low

    i have to set the alarm to 6:30 am every morning and when the alarm starts, the sound is too low and it seems like its the ascending type, the one that starts in this low sound then it starts lowder but its too low anyway and it sound louder when someone
    calls me.Any help on how can i change those settings

    Hi Douglas,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I understand your concern and I am glad to assist you.

    Fast Startup places the system into Hybrid" S4,

    I would suggest you to try making a windows scheduled task to wake the system up instead.

    Or follow the steps below.

    • Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key, or the DEL key if you have a desktop, to enter the BIOS.
    • Use the arrow keys to navigate to Power Management Setup and press the ENTER key.
    • Navigate to Deep Power Off Mode and press ENTER to set it to
      Disabled.
    • Navigate to Power On by RTC Alarm and press ENTER to set it to
      Enabled. Set the interval of the alarm and the time when you want the computer to start up.
    • Press the F10 key to save changes and restart the system.
