Windows 10: can you guys please help me fix it ?

Hello, i ran into a problem, when i try to play video games my internet shuts down, but not the entire house, just my pc, i changed my enthernet cable and i called the internet provider and they said it s not a problem from them, the internet comes back after i restart my pc but happens again if i try to play the game again,.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
