    Can you hide a drive Local Disk in Windows 7 without losing its data?


    I have a drive that has many important files. It is around 200 GB and almost full. But I don't use it. It's like future backup.Now I don't want to see it in my File Explorer. I want to see only when I need again. That is I will unhide it manually again.So currently I'm seeing Local Disk C, Local Disk D and Local Disk E in file explorer.E: is the drive where the data is stored and which I need to hide from File Explorer.So I should only see C and D in file explorer.-----------One way I found out on Internet is removing the drive letter see photo using Windows Disk Partition. But I'm not

    With windows 10 upgrade will the Data on the Local Drives other than Local Disk (C), will also be formatted?

    If I agree to upgrade to windows 10. Will the Data on the Local Drives other than Local Disk (C), will also be formatted. In short shall i lose all the data on my system or only the data in local disk (C)? Please answer as soon as possible.

    Recovering Local Disk

    It could be a compatibility issue with the latest update and your local disk. We suggest updating your disk driver. Follow these steps:

    • On the Start, type Device Manager.
    • Locate and select Disk drives.
    • Right-click on your disk drive, select Properties.
    • Go to the Driver tab and choose Update Driver.
    • Once done, click OK.

    How Reinstall windows 7 On my Win 7 PC without losing data in Local Disk E,D ( exclude C )

    My pc is currently Running on windows 7 Ultimate. Aftr trying to Reset windows settings my pc only shows startup repair when powered ON. Evry time i Power On pc shows Starup repair and It fails to Fix errors and Shuts down. So i decided to Reinstall Windows
    7. How can i do that without losing my Data in Disk partitions Other Than Local Disk C. My files are present in Local disk E and D. I need them. How to to do the reinstallation From a USB without Losing those Datas? Please help me.

    My pc Is 3GB ram

    Windows 7 Ultimate

    320GB hdd
