Windows 10: Can you move where available networks/WiFi connections pops up?

When connecting to a new WiFi I always go through the bottom left search bar thing and then it pops up the network connections in the bottom right of the screen. Unfortunately for me my laptop screen is broken on the bottom right corner so I cant see any of the WiFi connections. I wasn't planned on getting it fixed soon because it works enough with the screen space i do have but the only problem I've come across is that I cant connect to new WiFi's because it is fully covered by the broken screen so is there any way to make the pop up thing somewhere else?

Available WIFI connection not showing on the available network's list

My laptop can't see my office WIFI. The WIFI connects easily to my phone and all my co-workers' laptops. It saw the network and connected previously, but it no longer connects or comes up on the list of available networks (other networks still show up on the list, and my phone hotspot connects to the laptop just fine). I have troubleshooted, put off the Bluetooth, done a ping test, and updated the WIFI driver, but still nothing works. Although it worked for a while after the driver update

 

WiFi appears in Manage Known Networks, not in Show Available Networks

The list of WiFi connections shown when you click the WiFi icon in the taskbar is a list of all the signals that can currently be seen by the WiFi adapter. The list in Manage Known Networks is a list of all those you have previously successfully connected to, whether or not they are currently available.

The only plausible explanation is that for a while that WiFi signal had been turned off.

 

List availible wifi networks with powershell

I always use elevated cmd and I tested it again it is the same on other computer. Point is if you are not connected to wifi you get all listed if you are connected to one wifi you get only tht one. But you must not click icon on taskbar for wifis for a minute. All networks are availible all the time Also I have no restrictions. when I use this line tha yes I get all wifis
