Windows 10: Can you NOT combine Windows in the Taskbar in Win11

I haven't found a way to stop combining application windows in the taskbar. I'm using a 3-monitor setup but my complaint is also valid in a standard, one-monitor setup and I'm having different browser windows opened logged in to different Google Accounts - personal, work, etc. With Windows 11 it is such a pain to switch from one Chrome instance to another. You basically need to click on the Chrome icon then two or more small windows appear and then you need to click on the one you want to have active.In Windows 10, select NEVER combine windows in the taskbar settings and you'd have eac

In Windows 10, you can personalize the settings of your taskbar. If there are multiple applications opened, same applications will be combined under one taskbar button. If you want to change this setting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press the Start button.
• Click on the Settings app.
• Select Personalization.
• At the left side of your window, click on Taskbar.
• Under Combine taskbar buttons, choose Never.

Never combine items in taskbar

Last year I upgraded from Win10 to Win11, but had to downgrade it due to the lack of the feature "Combine when taskbar is full", which allowed me to not group items in taskbar. Does Wins11 now have this feature? Or do I still need to install third-party software (or make weird registry changes) to make it work?

I ask this because that is what is preventing me from upgrading from Win10 to Win11.
