Windows 10: Can you please fix this error. Or at least tell me how to make a new microsoft account.

When I attempt to create a new microsoft account, at the and of everything, It says "Please solve the puzzle so we know you're not a robot.". But when I finish solving the puzzle, it won't create the account. Instead, it makes me redo the puzzle over and over again.

How to replace old Microsoft Account with a new Microsoft Account

I would suggest you to switch your Microsoft account to a Local account first and then switch back with a new Microsoft account. Please refer to the following steps:

Step 1:

• Type Manage your accounts
  in the search bar and click on it
• Click on "sign in with a local account instead"
• Press next and complete the process.
• If you do not have a local account, leave the credentials blank and proceed.

Step 2: Now, on the newly converted Local account, follow these steps to add a new MSA.

1. In the Start search, type "Manage your accounts" and press Enter.

2. Choose 'Accounts'.

3. Click on "sign in with a local account instead"

4. Enter the Microsoft account ID and Password and click Next.

Do you get any error message? If yes, what is the exact error message?

Are you trying to convert the local account to Microsoft Account?



I would suggest you to test the issue by creating a new Microsoft Account and check if it works. To create a new user account, refer to these steps:

• In start menu search type “user” without quotes.
• Click on Add, edit, or remove other users from the list of results.
• Under Other users, click on Add someone else to this PC.
• Follow on screen instructions.

Fix Microsoft account prompt

Sometimes when i reboot my computer, I am notified to fix my Microsoft account. I must go to Windows settings and log back into my Microsoft account with 2 step verification.

Is this normal?
