Windows 10: Can you please stop ramming your products down my throught?

Windows 10 is a operating system, yet you continually force the install of microsoft edge. I delete it, because I am happy with Firefox, but there it is again a week later, with a countdown of when I will be forced to delete it once again. If there is a way to stop that proccess then make it obvious, if not, why is there not an option?. It is a platform.. stop taking away my choice of programs.

This continual bs proccess has now led to me losing 2 hours of course work. The prompt came up as always, I knew what it was and clicked delay as usual. I went in the bath and forgot to save the work, when I came back down windows decided that was the perfect time to begin the install withought my actual consent and the work was lost. It is not a crime to forget to save your work.. the computer was left on.

At this point I only use windows because it has no real alternative. This is not a threat, but just to tell you how piss poor this platform has became. If this was my company it would not fill me with pride to know people only use it because they have to.
